Our Design Team
While we remain a tiny company in the grand scheme of things, we prefer to stay that way. Our designing team consists of 3 people who have several years experience in the design field, myself included.

WHY?
Easy. Email allows us to keep track of incoming and outgoing requests and allows us to follow up in a more timely fashion. We value your opinion and would encourage you to write us.
All warranty requests MUST come to us by
e-mail - there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. We require all incoming and outgoing parcels to have a RTV code that will be supplied. Warranty cards must also be filled in correctly or your package may get refused before it arrives to our door.
We are all critics, so, we welcome constructive criticism openly, and hope that your input helps improve our models. We may not be able to make you 100% satisfied, but we can try. When a model is out, don't tell us its wrong - that would be too late. Tell us when you see it our our site or at selected dealers.

We require payment in full before your models get shipped. Payment can be by e-transfer, Credit Card, Direct Deposit or Cash. Payment methods that require authorization such as Credit Cards will be contacted by phone

Shipments - inbound
All shipments coming to us must be sent by traceable post. This is for your protection so your model doesn't get lost or destroyed.
All shipments are shipped by CANADA POST SMALL PACKET or a courier service and are insured for the complete value of the item. Signatures will be required on all orders. Shipping cost is not included in the price and is reflective of the area of the world you live in.

While originally this was only for us, we realized the potentional. While we look for a new location, please bare with us. We will be handling warranty and shipping from a local mail box.
